Building Partners Pty Ltd was founded in 1992 by its two Directors, Ian Mackay and Viv Weatherall, both of whom have had over 30 years experience in the building industry.

Our Company has experience across many disciplines within the industry, with particular emphasis on quality residential and commercial work. All our projects are built to the highest standard, with our reputation being based on outstanding quality and attention to detail.

Our dedication to quality construction has resulted in an impressive portfolio of successful projects. These include:

• Heritage conservation, for example Cadmans Cottage, The Rocks
• New commercial projects, such as a 7-storey religious complex in East Sydney
• New residential projects ranging from single storey dwellings to multi leveled dwellings with lifts
• Renovations of existing houses and apartments

The exemplary standard that our clients have come to expect is achieved by employing a team of highly skilled tradesmen, many of whom have been with us between 10 and 20 years. In addition we have a large network of proficient contractors who share our commitment to quality workmanship. On our larger projects, one of our fully qualified builders acts as site Foreman to ensure that our high level of standard is maintained.

At Building Partners we understand building is a personal experience, and therefore developing a positive relationship with our clients is an extremely important part of what we do and something we pride ourselves on. It is for this reason that a large number of our projects are with returning clients.
